Apple Pie Jam- Low Sugar

INGREDIENTS: apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, sugar, lemon, lime, orange, monocalcium, phosphate.

This recipes uses less than half the normal amount of sugar found in regular apple pie jam. This is created with a special pectin that does not require as much sugar.
