Radish, diakon– Green leaves with a white stem. It is the mildest of the radishes
Description: Radish microgreens are substantial and crunchy and taste exactly like radish.
Uses: Makes a great addition to any salad, sandwich, slaw or garnish. Use sparingly for a radish accent.
