Pea shoots

Flavor: Crunchy, mildly sweet, fresh peas taste.

We grow a variety of pea shoot microgreen.

Speckled pea: The shoot is tender and succulent without the tendrils, making it suitable for juicing.

Green pea: Has stylish pea tendrils. These microgreens are very fashion-foward with their layering style that will sure-to-shine on the plate. They gracefully embrace a very fresh spinach taste.

Sugar pea: This heirloom variety of peas is tender and sweet.

Use: East them raw, tossing some pea shoots in a salad or a wrap or add them into a vegetable stir fry for a little brightness.

Medicinal: All microgreens are positively packed with vitamins, and pea shoots are no exception. Their nutrition values include beta-carotene – which our bodies convert into vitamin A, vitamin C, folate–which is an essential building block for the human body, and fiber.
