French Onion & Mushroom Broth

INGREDIENTS: Onions, butter, mushrooms, garlic, 'Better than bullion beef base", red wine, thyme, Worcestershire sauce.

This is amazing as a french onion soup (enriched with mushrooms) or to be used as a base for other dishes- such as put in a slow cooker and put in a roast.
